New wheel related stealth mechanic
There's no reason in game to use wheels, it's really a mostly pointless way of transport; slow, can't go thru rought terrain, dangerous and prone to flips and crashes.

Reduce scratches on armor blocks
Scratches on armor blocks from most recent update (2/2/2018) are much worse than the scratches from the update back in December 2016.

Hold self, onto small grid objects, in motion.
