Turret targeting - distinguish between player and NPC entities
Currently, the "characters" toggle covers all PC and NPC character entities, so there is no way to keep wolves/saberoids out of a base while allowing non-factioned players to access the area. This makes running communal areas like starting or trade stations on planets with hostile NPC entities difficult, as there is no way to differentiate targets.
I propose separating the "characters" toggle into two in order to allow players to control this behaviour: "Players" and "NPCs".
