Damage Tool for Creative Mode
When in creative mode, the only means by which to damage a functioning block is with weapons fire. It would be convenient for creative purposes if we had a tool to apply damage to a block (ie. engine, reactor) without having to dump rounds into it until it starts smoking. Weapon impacts add texture changes to blocks from the impacts of rounds, and too much damage from weapons fire would destroy the block, forcing a user to re-add the block and start damage again.
