animal/creatures spawn in nests instead of random locations
Random spawns in the world are annoying.
introduce nests or locally fixed areas where animals like wolves and sabroids can spawn (caves, etc.)
if the nest is destroyed, they can't spawn anymore, therefore nests have to be hard to conquer/ have some defense.
they should only attack when in certain reach.
wolfpacks for example could also spawn as such in the wild (like animals in minecraft: they are somewhat static in position, until the area is loaded by the player and the animals move) if all wolves are dead, the wolfpack is considered as exterminated.
creative nest constructs/3DModels could be made via player contributions
