Add two additional colorable areas to textures.
Currently we have the ability to set an area on a texture to be colorable by the player. This would add a second definable area that could be used for two-tone coloring. Instead of Selecting a color for a block, the player would select a Primary and Secondary color and apply that combo at the same time. For example: Racing stripes, caution patterns, or graphics like "NO STEP" seen on aircraft. The third colorable area would apply to emissives that are static, such as the white strips on an interior block making them colorable(not a light source though).
