Left Handed Controls + Mouse Support (Accessibility)
*TL:DR* Please do not hard-code mouse button and add a control scheme mirrored about the the 'g' key that uses ijkl, instead of wasd. So 10% of the world is left handed i think making the game work... 18/08/0017 09:13

Let specify default RemoteControl within IMyCockpit blocks

Lets open the door for some hinges
